BREATHIN’ was developed in collaboration with bartender Jade Lau. The series starts with CLASSIC and explores how ingredients, aroma and balance can open another direction for the house.

Passion Fruit and Pomelo bring different fruit characters; Tai Ju, Jasmine & Longan explores a floral composition. They belong to one three-expression range, not three new collections.

The series’ Black-faced Spoonbill label carries a Cantonese play on the rhythms and expressions of city life. Its name, BREATHIN’, keeps the idea in the present tense.

The collaboration is part of TinShing’s wider invitation: chefs, artists, bars and designers can bring new perspectives to the table, in a drink, a dish, an object or an experience.
