Ingredients
BREATHIN’ Passion Fruit Umeshu — 20 ml
White rum — 30 ml
Lime juice — 15 ml
Simple syrup — 15 ml
Campari — 10 ml
Fresh mint leaves — 8
Saline solution — 3 drops
Method
Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Shake well, then fine strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lime slice.
