CLASSIC is the starting point of TinShing. Junmai-shu, double-distilled rice spirit and triple-distilled rice spirit each contribute a different role, together creating the foundation from which FIA and BREATHIN’ develop.

Rice warmth and body from Junmai-shu meet the clean crispness of double-distilled rice spirit. Triple-distilled rice spirit adds strength to the structure, carrying the sweetness and fruit character of Nanko ume.

Serve chilled. For the house CLASSIC Highball, build 45 ml CLASSIC with 120 ml oolong tea or soda water over ice, stir and garnish with lemon peel.

Pairing idea: begin with char siu. Explore the glazed roast character alongside ume; this is an invitation to taste, not a fixed rule.
